I know this is not for every one, and some of you might think to your self that this guy is insane,who in their right mind would do this. Just remember, their are people right now saying the same thing about some of the goal or activities that you are involved in. Do not let any one squash your dreams, go for it! Get out their and walk, run, crawl, or what ever else you have to do to achieve what you set out to do. Just do something. That’s it for now.

Wow, it has been a busy month. I am currently the fitness director at a health club and we have been in the process of opening a new club. It has been more work then I ever imagined. We are winding down to the end so I should be back on track with regularly bogging again. So make sure to check back often and make sure to get ready for a lot of great content.

A Tragic Story of Loss, That will Inspire.

Hello,

I know that some of you are coming to my site for the first time to hear maybe for the first time, my story on how fitness was a key component to helping me and my wife deal with the tragic loss of two of our children. I will be posting it later this week, my hope is that it will continue to inspire and motivate others. As a Personal Trainer, I have shared this with many of my clients and have found it really helps them to really meditate on what inspires them to meet the challenges of making fitness a priority in their lives. I look forward to sharing this experience with you and hope it will inspire those that read it.
